FAQs

This is too much reading… can we meet instead?

1

Absolutely! We much prefer a meeting, it’s the best way to answer any questions and better yet, get to know each other. We truly value the relationship with you, knowing we will be there on your magical day, so lets make it personal! Shoot us an email.

How soon can I see my wedding video?

2

Normal delivery time for a polished 7-15 minute film is about 90 days from the wedding date. However your wedding 1 minute short will be completed within 2 weeks of the wedding date. We do offer an express delivery option to have the video completed in 40 days of the wedding.

Am I able to pay in installments?

3

Yes of course you can! We normally take a 50% deposit upfront to secure our services for your wedding date. However we are more than happy to workout a payment plan that works for you, we want to make this as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Can I have the RAW footage?

4

Unfortunately we do not give out our raw footage to clients. The images we capture are recorded in LOG format, meaning they are incredibly large files with very flat colour and do not look as beautiful as they do in camera or after they have been colour graded for delivery to you. This footage has not been treated or in a presentable state and therefore we do not give out this footage to anyone.

How do we receive the final videos?

5

You will receive a video link with a download option in the browser along with a USB stick containing all deliverable videos for your keepsake.

What if we want some changes to the video?

6

Before we deliver the final wedding video, you will get a change to watch a cut that is 95% finished and you’ll have a week to digest and send us some feedback with any changes you wish to make, no extra charge. We want to make this a video you’re both going to love.
